dc.description.abstractEl pensamiento crítico y el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional se han convertido en uno de los ejes centrales en los ámbitos académicos, dada la necesidad de formar jóvenes, capaces de interpretar, inferir, argumentar y además capaces de vivir asertivamente en una sociedad cambiante y llena de retos. Se realiza esta investigación con el propósito de conocer la relación de las disposiciones del pensamiento crítico en el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional en estudiantes de básica secundaria de la escuela normal superior de Manizales ENSUMA, que a su vez participan como jóvenes investigadores del programa ondas. Para la realización de este trabajo se aplicó un pre-test y un pos-test, la Trait Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS-24) que mide tres dimensiones de la inteligencia emocional y con el objeto de comprender la relación entre las disposiciones del pensamiento crítico y el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional se diseñaron, aplicaron y analizaron cinco talleres uno por cada una de las disposiciones. Al final los resultados de los test se contrastan mediante el programa EXCEL el cual permite evidenciar los alcances positivos a nivel emocional de los y las jóvenes y los talleres se analizaron utilizando el programa Atlas. ti que da a conocer las relaciones existentes entre las disposiciones del pensamiento crítico y el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishCritical thinking and the development of emotional intelligence have become one of the central axes in academic fields, given the need to train young people, able to interpret, infer, argue and also able to live assertively in a changing and full society of challenges. This research is carried out with the purpose of knowing the relationship of the provisions of critical thinking in the development of emotional intelligence in high school students of the upper normal school of Manizales ENSUMA, who in turn participate as young researchers of the waves program.
